company now known as E-Care Contact Centers began in 1995 in
Surrey, British Columbia. Originally beginning as a provider
of short term loans throughout Canada it was soon discovered
that E-Care’s expertise was in the service and support
arena. This realization led to an end of issuing loans and the
beginning of world class service and support to financial services
providers. During the last 11 years we have developed into North
America’s leading service provider for international, internet
based, short-term consumer finance businesses.
With
offices in Surrey, British Columbia and Winnipeg, Manitoba we
have more than 600 employees and we are continuously growing
due to the demand of the industry. We support our clients by
providing Finance, Operational, Payment Services, Business Technology
and Human Resource functions. We currently support numerous financial
brands through out the United States, Europe and other parts
