E-Care Contact Centers

E-Care Contact Centers provides customer service and support for several short-term financial service providers in the United States and Australia. We currently employ over 300 employees in Surrey, British Columbia and Winnipeg, Manitoba. E-Care Contact Centers began in 1995, originally as a provider of short term loans throughout Canada. It was soon discovered that E-Care’s expertise was in the service and support arena. This realization led to an end of issuing loans and the beginning of world class service and support to financial services providers.
