Collectors
The purpose of an Account Manager is to manage assigned inventory inline with the work standards and current procedures. An Account Manager must have the ability to handle all calls effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Recover delinquent accounts while focusing on customer service and ensuring that accounts are collected on in a firm professional manner.
- Maintain an expert knowledge and understanding of current processes, methodologies and work standards
- Manage inventory in an effective manner so that all accounts are worked thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Strong typing/keyboarding skills
- Sales Oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment
- Previous experience in collections is an asset.
