Customer Service Representatives
Our Customer Service Representatives respond with prompt, friendly and courteous service to all incoming inquiries, via phone, and online chat. Successful candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be confident working with a variety of computer applications.
Responsibilities:
- Accept/answer incoming calls from customers
- Outbound calling to customer banks & payroll departments
- Verify documents effectively & efficiently and ensure they meet guidelines in our loaning policy
- Process loans in an accurate, efficient manner using established policies and procedures
- Dealing with customers in a professional manner
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Windows, word processing software, electronic mail, and Internet Explorer.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Typing speed of a minimum 45 words per minute.
Details:
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Shifts vary from 7 am to 11 pm, including occasional weekends
