Customer Service Representative - Midnight Department
The Job:
Our Customer Service Representatives offer prompt, friendly,
courteous service to all of our customers. As part of
our Midnight Team, you will answer incoming calls, chats
and emails from customers, verify documents and process
loan applications on behalf of several clients in the
Internet Finance Industry.
Details:
- Full-time,
40 hours per week
- Shifts vary between the hours of 10:00pm and
8:00am, including some weekends
- Extended
use of computers and the Internet
The Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a number of benefits for
you. Compensation is $11.50 per hour ( $10.50 plus a
$1.00 per hour night premium ) and we offer a comprehensive
benefit package after three months. Also, all full-time
employees will receive a free membership to the YMCA!
The Essential Skills:
- Completion
of High School
- Computer
usage, with knowledge of Windows, Word Processing software,
Electronic Mail, and the Internet
- Strong
oral communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Exceptional
interpersonal skills
