Kimberly
DeThomas

Kim DeThomas is a classic corporate success
story. In May 1998, Kim joined the small start-up company
now known as E-Care
Contact Centers. Concurrent with
her employment, Kim attended the University of Winnipeg
from which she graduated in 2002 with a Double Major
in Business Administration and Psychology. Through professional
dedication, business acumen and extremely hard work,
Kim progressed up through the ranks until in August 2005,
she was named the President of E-Care Contact Centers.
E-Care employs over 500 staff, providing contact center,
finance, payment services, human resources and business
technology support to a variety of lending companies. Kim
possesses a unique ability to be both engaging/caring,
but at the same time is able to make difficult people
decisions. She is widely known to be “firm but
fair”.
Kim was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She lives
outside the city with her husband, young daughter, two
dogs and two cats (not to mention she is currently expecting).
In the midst of her extremely busy life, she takes time
for a few leisure activities including photography, travel
and movies of all kinds. |
